She had never seen so much snow.
Sure, the meadows had its fair share of the white powder, but this mountain was something else! There was snow everywhere and all kinds of baubles for Aisling to find as her siblings battled away in the tournament. She had wilted when Uncle Shiloh asked her if she wanted to participate - the tenderheart wasn't even much of a rough houser with her siblings, let alone a complete stranger.
He had taken her refusal easily, reassuring her it was just fine with a small boop atop her head. While they wrestled and fought, she would find alternative entertainment for herself and any interested siblings.
As the battle cries and calls for spilt blood rang out behind her, Aisling puttered around with crafting small mounds of snow and discovering tiny, yet pretty, stones. Some glittered in the midday light from the thick layers of ice encasing them, and others had interesting patterns that differed from the typical and boring grey. She stayed within Fable's line of sight, confirmed by her glancing every so often and finding her mathair looking right at her.
Aisling knew better than to wander in such an unfamiliar place, but she would be lying if she said she didn't wish she could go uncover more treasures to add to her imminent snow animals she hoped to make.
