A sigh, a gentle sound rushed with frosted breath. She had searched, she had hoped, and now she had grown wary. Her limbs grew heavy as the larger woman moved closer to a lone tree that seemed to over look the color faded meadow. Vibrant eyes of lightning seemed to glow under the light of the moon, lookin gup at the branches as she leaned her back heavily against the rough bark. How long would she search, how long would she have to watch the heavens change from a starry night into the bright light of day without those she called her home?

Slowly she sank to her haunches, a soft melody playing her her mind. It was similar to a lullaby her mother once sang to her as a child, something she had gentle whispered to those that had her heart when they were in the quiet of their space. Slowly the song came from her lips, drifting with the unhurried breeze that caressed her fur like a lover's long forgotten touch.

She closed her eyes for a short while as she sang the wordless melody, something to calm her mind and heart as she pondered where she was.

Her partners had not just left her, they had disappeared from existence.. much like she had. A strange phenomenon that engulfed the trio and scattered them from their happy life..

What was this place, she would wonder as the song from her lips continued into the night.
