Backdated to ~3rd, at the base of/not quite at Northfall

Even though they had missed Fable, Raisa still had a good time at the Samhain festival and she hoped dearly her friend could make it back home with her family. What few details she understood were enough to be saddened by their departure, but perhaps the Goldencourtes were having a fun little vacation? Reguardless, like so many others awaiting their return, Seiiki would remain a steadfast ally to the sweet matriarch.

Avon was not the only friend she thought to visit while they were up here in the North, and after sending the rest of the Seiiki group back home --though she wondered with a smile if Carnifex wasn't trailing after her anyway, with or without his new charge-- she headed further up to Northfall. She wondered how Arvid was carrying his crown, as heavy as she often felt her own was. Perhaps he, too, would be happy to see a familiar face with which to recount their metaphorical battles, or had some wisdom to share in lifting the burden.
Well, she was nearly there, and they could both take a load off. She thought she should've popped by Dawnbreak, too, but she had no such specific friends to visit and check on there; felt, perhaps, a bit out of place just showing up to say hello. If Avon's nearest neighbors needed help, no doubt the regents would've mentioned there being a struggle, like how she'd heard of Elysium's plight? The truth of it (other than Raven forgetting Raisa had been to Dawnbreak with the intent of alliance before don't judge her for my mistake xD ), Raisa didn't think about it until she was nearly to Northfall's foothills, and she didn't bloody want to turn back when her own people were going to end up waiting for her back at home. Couldn't Barbosa handle it, she mused before sweeping the selfish thought away. Having help now didn't mean she could just... wander about as she pleased. She couldn't waste another day to return to Dawnbreak.

But a break, she thought, was in order.

If... one could classify eyeballing a particularly deep snow drift and, tail kinking harshly over her back with sudden excitement, pelting forward to throw herself into it with a quiet giggle a break. It was getting dark, anyway; she'd take her time finishing her journey and make sure she was there in the morning, no big deal.
